Shipping Policy Thimble & Hearth Candle Co.

Processing Time All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via USPS Ground within the continental United States. Free shipping is available on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat rate shipping fee at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available at Live Freely Market in Hampton, NH. Select local pickup at checkout and we will contact you to arrange pickup details.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage at elizabeth@thimbleandhearth.com and we will make it right.

If your package is lost in transit please reach out and we will work with USPS to locate your order.
